Welcome to the Anti-Chaos League

Where Efficiency Meets Humanity

(And They Actually Get Along)

You've just stumbled upon the headquarters of ProjectEKO—the place where disorganized businesses come for transformation and overwhelmed teams come for relief.

If you've ever looked at your company's operations and thought "There has to be a better way," congratulations—you're in exactly the right place.

I'm Victoria, your guide through the organizational wilderness. I turn business chaos into harmony without sacrificing the human element that makes your company special.

This isn't about perfect color-coded spreadsheets. (Though I do make those too.)

This is about creating systems that actually work for real humans.

Why ProjectEKO Exists

(Beyond My Love of Color-Coded Systems)

I built ProjectEKO because I believe something radical: businesses can be both highly efficient AND deeply human.

Too often, we're told to choose. Either create rigid systems that crush souls but deliver results, or maintain a people-first culture where nothing gets done on time. It's the organizational equivalent of "you can't have your cake and eat it too."

I'm here to serve cake. Lots of it.

ProjectEKO exists to bridge the gap between what businesses need (structure, efficiency, results) and what humans need (purpose, autonomy, recognition). I help organizations from solopreneurs to teams of 500 build systems that feel less like corporate straightjackets and more like well-designed tools that amplify what people do best.

My mission is to prove that the most productive organizations aren't the ones with the strictest processes or the longest hours. They're the ones where people feel supported by systems rather than enslaved by them—where efficiency serves humanity, not the other way around.

Because when your team actually enjoys using your systems instead of finding creative ways to work around them, that's when the real magic happens. Projects finish on time. Communication flows effortlessly. And people remember why they loved their work in the first place.

That sweet spot between organizational excellence and human fulfillment? That's where I live. And I'd love to help you build a business that lives there too.
